Amer R. Malik, MD, is a multiple board-certified internal medicine physician at Health and MedSpa, serving adults in Oldsmar, Florida, and throughout Pinellas County.
Dr. Malik began his professional education at King Edward Medical University in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine. Following graduation, he remained in Pakistan and completed a residency at the King Edward Medical University, Mayo Hospital Lahore. Afterward, Dr. Malik moved to the United States and completed a residency at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York.
Dr. Malik is board-certified in internal medicine, obesity medicine, and hospice and palliative care. Since entering private practice, he’s held various positions, including director of ambulance services, chairman in the Department of Medicine, and attending physician. In addition to his position at the Health and MedSpa, Dr. Malik serves as the chief medical officer at Ascension Sacred Heart Bay Hospital in Panama City, Florida.
