Usman Ezad is a visionary healthcare entrepreneur and systems architect who has redefined how modern medical practices are built, scaled, and sustained. As Founder and CEO of Health & Psychiatry, he transformed a single room medical practice into a multi-million-dollar operation and ultimately into Health & Group, an integrated ecosystem of companies designed to support doctors globally.
It was real-world pressure, not theory, that shaped his legacy. Running a fast-growing psychiatric practice exposed every hidden weakness in healthcare operations: billing losses, staffing instability, IT failures, marketing waste, and administrative overload. Instead of outsourcing blindly, Usman solved each problem himself.
Those solutions became systems. Those systems became companies. Together, they became Health & Group. At the foundation is Health & Psychiatry, now one of Florida’s largest psychiatry groups and a pioneer in telepsychiatry long before it became mainstream. From there, Usman built an ecosystem that includes medical billing, global staffing, digital training, IT infrastructure, accounting, marketing, supplies, wellness, and public education that are all designed to remove friction from medical practice so doctors can focus on patient care.
Usman is launching the world’s first global psychiatry franchise through his Health & Franchise company, bringing together clinical care, technology, training, and operational infrastructure into a scalable, ethical model for mental healthcare worldwide.

Starting his entrepreneurial journey in 2009, Usman is a nationally recognized innovator in behavioral healthcare whose mission is to bring hope, health, and harmony to the profession. A pioneer in tele-psychiatry, tele-medicine, healthcare franchising, and cosmetic wellness.
His leadership has grown H&P into one of Florida’s most advanced mental health practices, earning recognition from the Dubai Health Authority, and Strathmore’s Who’s Who.
