About Usman Ezad
Usman Ezad is the Chairman & CEO of Health & Group, a conglomerate of healthcare related companies. He is the founder/owner of Health & Psychiatry, one of Florida’s most innovative mental health organizations. A pioneer in tele-psychiatry, healthcare franchising, and digital care delivery, he has led the development of Florida’s first telepsychiatry operations, the nation’s first drive-in psychiatry clinic (during COVID), and is currently working on a “psychiatry franchise” model, which will be the first of its kind in that space.
With a vision to revolutionize the standard of aesthetic care in mind, he started Health & Medspa in 2015. Driven by a deep-rooted belief that true wellness encompasses the whole person, Usman is dedicated to delivering care that empowers clients to look and feel their absolute best. His forward-thinking approach ensures the Medspa operates with the highest clinical integrity, offering a transformative space for lasting vitality and self-assurance.

Starting his entrepreneurial journey in 2009, Usman is a nationally recognized innovator in behavioral healthcare whose mission is to bring hope, health, and harmony to the profession. A pioneer in tele-psychiatry, tele-medicine, healthcare franchising, and cosmetic wellness.
His leadership has grown H&P into one of Florida’s most advanced mental health practices, earning recognition from the Dubai Health Authority, and Strathmore’s Who’s Who.
